Mental Fitness

So many of us forget to take care of our minds as well as our bodies.  Truth be told, our mental fitness is just as or MORE important then our physical fitness.  WHAT?! Ok, hear me out. If your mind isn’t fit, do you really think you can convince your body to be?  Nope, trust me.  Firstly, your mind is in control of your actions.  Unless you set your goals, how are you going to achieve them…thus, the mind.

Some great ways to exercise your mind include:
- reading
- meditation
- positive affirmations spoken aloud
and so much more!

I find that when we get busy with “life” we forget to do these types of things that exercise our mind and when that happens, we in turn, don’t exercise our bodies.  Make sense?
